One-to-ones

One-to-one sessions can be beneficial for anyone who:

  • Is new to Pilates and wants to learn more about the underlying principles of this style of exercise
  • Is recovering from an injury or operation and wants to use this type of exercise for rehabilitation
  • Suffers from specific conditions that cause pain in joints or back
  • Requires observations to improve posture and general movement 



One-to-one sessions cost £35 for an hour. The session will include an assessment of posture, general movement and 
flexibility and a personalised list of detailed exercises.
